Kenyan and Rwandan startups are encouraged to submit their applications for the Smart Cities Innovation Programme (SCIP), which aims to rapidly scale innovative solutions that will shape the future of urban living in Africa.

Organized by Westerwelle Startup Haus Kigali in collaboration with GIZ, Make IT in Africa, Nairobi Garage, and Ambo Venture (Kenya), SCIP is specifically designed for tech startups operating in Kenya or Rwanda with solutions ready for scaling in the fields of smart mobility, logistics, or e-commerce.

This initiative seeks to support 20 promising startups, with 10 based in Kigali and 10 in Nairobi, all of which are focused on providing solutions in smart mobility and logistics. Selected companies will receive valuable resources, including readiness assessments for expansion, capacity-building support, ecosystem mapping, and personalized coaching.

Interested startups can apply for this program until October 29th.
