Tunisian construction technology startup, SeekMake, has successfully secured a substantial investment of $539,000 as it embarks on its ambitious journey of global expansion. According to the startup, expansion focus will be placed on Germany and France as the startup has identified these countries as its next target markets,


The funding round was spearheaded by Lafayette Group, a prominent European private equity firm renowned for investing in prominent manufacturing companies. Notably, this investment marks Lafayette Group's inaugural foray into backing a Tunisian startup, underscoring SeekMake's innovative potential.


Founded in 2018 by Adel Ayari and Zino Adidi, SeekMake has carved a niche for itself in the construction and manufacturing sector. The startup's platform serves as a bridge connecting clients with suitable construction and manufacturing partners across 40 countries. This streamlined approach facilitates rapid ideation and the efficient production of finished goods.

SeekMake's offerings encompass a diverse range of durable, robust, and cost-effective materials. Beyond its geographical expansion, the company has also witnessed substantial internal growth. Within a mere eight months, its workforce has burgeoned from four to thirty employees. Such achievements have not gone unnoticed, with StartUs Insights recognizing SeekMake as one of the premier global startups specializing in Distributed Manufacturing.

The array of services offered by SeekMake encompasses Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, laser cutting, and engraving. Since its inception five years ago, the startup has successfully built a clientele of 10,000 users and manufacturers.


With the newly acquired $539,000 investment, SeekMake is strategically positioned to venture into untapped markets. Its existing clientele spans Tunisia, the United States, and Australia, while Germany and France represent exciting avenues for growth and expansion. As SeekMake embarks on this transformative journey, it is poised to harness its innovative solutions to revolutionize the construction and manufacturing landscape globally.
