Founded in 2018, Cue provides businesses with the means to deliver fast and efficient customer support through chatbots and live chat on popular platforms like WhatsApp and various social media channels. Over the past five years, the startup has collaborated with more than 300 clients, and it recently expanded its services to the United Kingdom.
The newly acquired funding will enable Cue to continue advancing its AI capabilities and extend its services to more businesses. The company has outlined plans to utilize the funds for hiring new talent, investing in research and development, and expanding its marketing and sales efforts.
