Cue, a South African startup at the forefront of AI-driven customer service solutions, has secured $500,000 in funding to further its mission of enhancing customer service using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs).


Founded in 2018, Cue provides businesses with the means to deliver fast and efficient customer support through chatbots and live chat on popular platforms like WhatsApp and various social media channels. Over the past five years, the startup has collaborated with more than 300 clients, and it recently expanded its services to the United Kingdom.
