Egyptian Adtech Startup ArabyAds Secures $30M for Expansion

The MENA region’s leading provider of advertising technology, ArabyAds, has secured $30 million in pre-Series B funding from AfricInvest, a pan-African investment platform that manages a variety of alternative asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, and private credit.


With data-led, authentic, and omnichannel marketing, the firm makes use of innovation and gives its advertisers measurable outcomes.


The company’s co-founder and chief executive, Mahmoud Fathy, made the following statement: “ArabyAds has been setting the standard for performance advertising delivery with its platform offers and is dedicated to redefining the digital advertising environment with innovation. Our foundation is solid, and as one of the most rapidly expanding and profitable businesses in the MENA region, ArabyAds is now looking to expand into newer markets where it can use its scalable, secure, and end-to-end platforms to assist e-commerce companies in scaling up without difficulty around the world.”

The investment was discussed by Skander Oueslati, Chief Investment Officer at AfricInvest: “We are happy to collaborate with ArabyAds at a time when the IT firm is aiming to further disrupt the ad tech sector with its revolutionary technological platforms. In the MENA region, ArabyAds has built a strong brand and a solid reputation. It is well known for its dependability and proficiency in digital marketing and advertising.”


“With the help of this fundraising round, we are able to accelerate our worldwide growth, giving ArabyAds the chance to continue offering significant technological solutions to e-commerce businesses all over the world.” Gulrez Alam, Chief Investment and Strategy Officer at ArabyAds, stated,

Ismail Talbi and Khalil Lakhoua co-led the deal for Africinvest stated that they are excited to partake in ArabyAds’ growth and they intend to support the company in deploying its future expansion plans in Mena and other regions in Africa.
