About the job

We are seeking to hire an innovative & performance-driven, mid-level full stack developer to enhance product stability on our technology stack. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle and navigate/troubleshoot customer-related issues on the tech stack. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

This position reports to the Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with our Engineering Team members and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Have technical partnership conversations with external customers
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design & dashboards
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation

Job Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline
• 3-5years experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience developing web applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g.Python, Django, Java and any other) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js)
• Experience using Python (Django) and React JS.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL,Postgres, Dynamodb).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience using AWS cloud environment
• Knowledge of docker and Kubernetes
• Great attention to detail
• An analytical & growth mindset
