Your Role Involves:

• Design and implement machine learning models, based on GPT Assistants and fine-tuned models;
• Gather and preprocess data for training and validation of models;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance;
• Training and fine-tuning of GPT models specific to tasks or domains;
• Perform assessments on the performance and accuracy of models and make enhancements as required;
• Optimize the models to ensure efficiency and scalability;
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using the appropriate metrics;

What You'll Do Daily:

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation that includes model design, training procedures, and the results from evaluations;
• Stay updated with the recent advancements and techniques in the field of machine learning and natural language processing;
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders as needed.

We Expect:

• Proven field experience;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Python programming language and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras;
• Proven experience and understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks;
• Hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning GPT models;
• Adept at data preprocessing, feature selection, and model optimization;
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey technical information;
• Proven experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks;
• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, backed by excellent time management skills;
• An eagerness for continuous learning and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
