About the job

The Marketing Manager will lead and manage the marketing team.

The role will be focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing & Strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of Accelerate Plus’ business activities
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects within Accelerate Plus.
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing, Communications, or a related Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing data and metrics to improve performance
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
