About the job

Our client a provider of debt financing solutions is looking to hire a Project Manager/Project Integrator who will play a key part in driving their capital debt-raising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Experienced working in the technology and/or operations function in a fast-growing technology company
• Extremely detailed personality type - gains an understanding of what needs to be done, documents and ensures that they execute against each objective
• Faithfully executes the plan, achieving or exceeding planned objectives. - Makes the trains run on time.
• Leads manages, and holds the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
• Integrates all major functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
• Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner. Ensures the team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
• Ensures that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
• Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
• Effectively collaborates with the Visionary and stays on the same page. - Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on liability mobilization against specified targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
• High emotional quotient (EQ) to understand how to adapt approaches based on individuals and circumstances
• Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
• Respectful in all interactions - internally and externally
• Smart, good to work with, and gets things done
• Critical thinker, who is highly self-directed and brings a sense of ownership to everything they do
