NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Limited (NLPC PFA) was incorporated on January 19, 2005, and licensed by National Pension Commission on January 25, 2006, to administer pension funds in line with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004.

About the job/Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, and Bootstrap
• Strong proficiency with responsive web design Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks with React. Strong proficiency with web service integration (REST, AJAX). and familiarization with .NET Framework/Core, and C# programming languages is required.
• Ability to work with a team of developers, communicating professionally and effectively.
• Be confident, self-motivated, and demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business.
• Ability to demonstrate capacity in the use of modern technologies and experience with version control systems (TFS/Git)
• Preferred experience with build and dependency management tools (Bower, Grunt).

Job Requirements

• Education: a minimum of a first degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any other physical science. Additional related qualifications will be an added advantage
• 3+ years' experience in frontend development
• Demonstrable working Web Portfolio
• 2-3 years of progressive development experience.
• Front End Technologies (React, JavaScript. HTML, and CSS)
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• A background in computer science and Google or Design Lab user experience certificate is required.
• UI/UX(Front-End) development and design (added advantage)
• Knowledge of SCRUM framework and the ability to work in an agile scrum environment.
• User stories mock-up and wireframe design (A/B Testing proof of concept)
