About the Job/Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including project objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive project execution, including project scheduling, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
- Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and external vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct project post-mortems to analyze project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology industry, managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and overcoming obstacles.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
