About the job

This role is to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with the desired results. You will be part of the go-to team for everything involving projects within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design proposals and documentation required for projects
  • Create a budget (internal and external) for all projects
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and gather (detailed) specific requirements for each project
  • Managing the day-to-day project activities and resources and leading project management team meetings
  • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues

Job Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in budgeting
  • Proven working experience as a project manager
  • Good in both proposal and report writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP/Prince II certification (is a plus)
  • Knowledgeable in the use of project tracking tools
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
