The Black Is Tech Conference is a platform that connects Black tech professionals, students and entrepreneurs and provides access to resources for growth and development for these groups.

The 2024 Conference will be an in-person-only experience with 6,000+ attendees. We are moving the Conference to our home city of Houston, TX. The Conference will include 3 full days of networking, speaking sessions, workshops, an Expo, recruitment, a pitch competition, happy hours, entertainment and more.

HOUSTON BLACK IS TECH WEEK

In addition to the Black Is Tech Conference, we are introducing a new event experience called Black Is Tech Week. Our Inaugural Week-long experience this year takes place in Houston, TX from August 19 – 24 with the Black Is Tech Conference kicking off the week. The rest of Houston Black Is Tech Week will follow from Wednesday, August 21 with special tech-related events across the city of Houston including a Senior Developer Summit, Energy 2.0 and Web 3 Summits, and so much more.
